Easy Scrap Page - Happy.

This Scrap Page was very easy to make and came together quite quickly. Just using scraps and bits & pieces.  We don't always need to use our fancy tools, I love the simplicity of this page.
I know it's not a great photo but it does looks fantastic. It's hard to go wrong with such a gorgeous little girl as the main focus.
Left over strips of Venetian Romance DSP placed under the photo. A cluster of odd flowers, left over Crochet Trim and twine, bits and pieces.
The greeting "You can never have too much Happy" from the Yippee-Skippy stamp set, is perfect for this page. Every time I look at this page I smile, it makes me happy.  A bit of spritzing and a scattering of sequin's and pearls helps to fill up the page with out  crowding.

Cards for a Cure.

Almost all of us have family members, friends and neighbors who have been affected by breast cancer. This widespread disease has touched the lives of members of the Stampin' Up! family, and contributions to breast cancer research have been an important part of Stampin' Up!'s philanthropic outreach.

To that end, we are partnering with the National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) to offer the Ready. Set. Send. kit-a package of 10 handmade cards (five thank you and five birthday cards plus 10 envelopes) that retails for $19 (plus shipping and handling). Stampin' Up! will donate $10 to NBCF for each kit sold.

Tag Topper Punch Closure Card.

I have a seen  a few of these cards around on the Internet recently, so I had to make a couple. I think they are really clever, thank you to who ever came up with the idea.

The card base and the closure is the same piece of card. See Clever!

I have used the Sweet Sorbet DSP(no longer available) Chalk Talk Stamp set and the Perfect Pennants stamp set. The greetings where heat embossed with Pool Party embossing powder and a bit of ribbon and twine was added.

Only a couple of weeks left until the retirement list comes out and then a month after that the New Catalogue. So Excited!!!!

Mothers Day Card.

Hope you all have a wonderful Mothers Day tomorrow.
Here is the card I made for my Mum.
This card was inspired by a couple of cards I saw on Pintrest, combined together, changed the colours and it really came to life. I love the use of the gold sequin's and the bakers twine. And you know how I love the spritzing behind the Hexagon Hive Thinlits Die making a fun background. The colours are Very Vanilla, Crisp Cantaloupe and Coastal Cabana. This card can be used for any occasion, just switch the greeting. I hope this inspires you.

Stampin' Up! News.

We're excited to announce that with the release of the upcoming 2014-2015 Annual Catalogue, we will have wood-mount, clear-mount AND photopolymer stamps. Our top-quality photopolymer stamps stick extremely well on our acrylic blocks, are durable, and the transparent nature of these sets makes it easier to line up your images without the need of a guide. This is a feature that is particularly helpful with alphabets, borders, and backgrounds! Photopolymer is clearly a great choice.

Do you want to wait until July?   No of course not.  So, beginning 1 May, we are introducing two exclusive photopolymer stamp sets: Show & Tell 1, and Show & Tell 2. These great new photopolymer sets are designed to be used together. Even better, you and your customers can order both sets in a bundle that comes with an amazing online class-featuring tons of great project ideas using Show & Tell 1 and 2. Learn about the Seeing the Possibilities Online class.
