A lovely Birthday Card showing off the my favorite Embossing Folder Vintage Wallpaper. I have kept this card simple just adding a strip of DSP Greenhouse Gala, a strip of card punched with the scallop border punch and some ribbon. The greeting is from the Perfect Punches stamp set, all the greeting in this set have a coordinating punch. And I have added a Rhinestone brad for that bit of bling.
