JAI 78

I needed a card for my brothers birthday and the colours in this weeks JAI 78 challenge suited very well for a man card. The colours are Not Quite navy, Sahara Sand, Choc Chip and Certainly Celery, I quite like this colour combo.  Stamp sets used are Motorcycle, Extreme Elements and Noteably Ornate.

Another challenge and another square card, I quite like square cards. The challenge sketch is from Mojo Monday 201 and this card will be going to my nephew who's birthday was yesterday. Using the Lots of Bots stamp set with the colours Pacific Point, Old Olive and Real Red it's very bright and fun. DSP is Celebrations.

JAI 77

Hi, here is my entry for this weeks Just Add Ink 77 sketch challenge. The stamp sets used are Friends Never Fade, Strength & Hope and the greeting is from Afterthoughts. I wanted to use my new ribbon Ice Cream Parlour so I've picked up the colours from the ribbon. Old Olive, Pacific Point, Melon Mambo and Daffodil Delight. The beautiful butterfly is stamped on  vellum the cut out.

Thanks.

Faux Water colouring.

Hi, today I have two cards using the Faux Watercolouring technique. This is a really fun and easy technique. I have used the beautiful Just Believe stamp set with colours Pear Pizzazz, Concord Crush, Poppy Parade, Peach Parfait and Old Olive, stamped on Confetti White card.

Birthday Birds

I love this stamp set Aviary from the Summer Mini catalogue, I really, really hope it will be in the new Idea Book & Catalogue in September. I made this card for my sister to give to her friend for her birthday. The colour theme matches the birthday cake, Riding Hood Red, Black & White, which my sister made for the birthday girl. They both loved the card and the cake.

Hope your having a great day.

Bundle of Love

Baby's are everywhere at the moment, congratulations to Natasha and Karen on the birth of their beautiful baby girls. Wish I could be there to give you both a big hug.  My friends daughter is about to have her first baby, we don't know if it's a boy or a girl yet so I made her baby shower card to coordinate with the gift. I do love the blues and green together. Maybe she will have a boy.

I have used the sketch from the Mojo 199 sketch challenge, turned on it's side. Check out the design teams creations, beautiful.  I have used the Baby Bundle stamp set, water coloured. The colours are Not Quite Navy, Pear  Pizzazz and Baja Breeze. I've added lots of rhinestone jewels to the pram to add lots of bling.

Me

A scrap page of me, when I saw the scrap page made by Kaitlynne Roil in Creating Keepsakes I just had to recreate it, I really love the simplicity of it.

And a great way to start blogging again with a scrap page of me.
