Feb Diary/Calender Page

Here is my Calender Page for February. I did get it finished before Feb, just didn't get it posted till today. I choose the Eastern Blooms Stamp Set and Bali Breeze DSP for this month. In the gorgeous Pumpkin Pie, Tempting Turquoise and Soft Sky.

I stamped the heart from Polka Dots Punches SAB set on the 14th. You can guess why!

We're off to football sign on today. It's Alex's first time to join club football so not sure what to expect. But it should be good. Hopefully there will be other boys he knows. And then the driving him to training will begin!!!
Have a great weekend, hopefully it won't be too hot.

Mel's Weekly Challenge #7

This is the other card I did on the weekend. It's for Mel's Weekly Challenge #7. This week we had to use a wheel coloured with stampin write markers. I cheated just a little by inking the wheel, Petals, all in one colour first them I cleaned off some of the flowers with a baby wipe then used a marker to colour them a different colour. That way I could use River Rock on the wheel. I also rolled the Lots of Dots wheel , from the new summer mini, across the top of the card.
Recipe
Stamp Sets: Polka Dots & Paisley, Petals Wheel, Lots of Dots wheel new
Ink: Groovy Guava, River Rock, Ruby Red
Stampin Write Marker: Ruby Red
Card: Very Vanilla, Groovy Guava, River Rock, Ruby Red
Punches: scallop edge new, large oval, designer label
Accessories: double stitched ribbon groovy guava, dimensionals

Bye for now.

Leah's Monthly Challenge #5

Hi everyone it's time for Leah's Monthly Challenge #5. These months are just flying by. This month our inspiration comes from this paper napkin I pinched from my sister. She always has great napkins, she got it from one of those cheap shops. I really love the bright bold colours (great for summer) and thought this would be a fun challenge. The colours are : Pumpkin Pie, Pink Passion, Pixie Pink, Wild Wasabi, Soft Sky, Basic Black and Whisper White.
You can make a card or scrap page. Entries need to be in by 7.00pm 27th of February. Leave a comment on this post with a link or email your creation to stampin.with.leah@live.com.au .

Samples

Eastern Blooms from the summer mini is the stamp set used on this card. I love how these bright colours look together.

This is a 6x6 scrap page using the same stamp set and a Wild Wasabi Carousel Note. I've gone around the edgers of the scallops with the Basic Black Stampin Write Marker.

I hope you have lots of fun with this challenge.
